Dear Casolar Del Norte HOA Homeowner,
I have been asked to email all of you regarding a trailer that has been
parked for an extended period of time in the stonework space just downhill
of the Rockwell unit on Casolar Drive. Both one board member and a
homeowner have questioned whose this is and why it is parked here for
an extended period of time. If you are the owner of this trailer or know
who does own it please contact Nancy Bigsby, our Association presdient.

As a general reminder, parking in the winter can be very tight and
the Association rules do note that trailers are, in general, not
something that should be parked long term on the street. While the snow
has, unfortunately for those of us that ski and ride, been light so far this
year, that could turn around soon. The area where this trailer
is parked will be needed for snow storage when that happens.
